Actor Branding Workshops:
Do you know your type? This is one of the most important skills to have if you want to act in the TV, film and commercial industry. It also happens to be the most misunderstood concept.
In this workshop Michael will lead 20- 25 actors in several exercises where your peers will help you find your type and then elaborate on it. You will not only receive Michael’s opinion but also the valuable opinion of 20- 25 strangers.
You will learn:
- How to get the most out of on your own unique self.
- All about typecasting.
- Industry trends.
- Learn what Casting Directors are looking for in types.
- Identify and accept how you will be cast.
- Develop Loglines.
- Analyze your current headshot.
As a result of the group exercises in this workshop you will leave with a list of looks, types and characters that you will most likely be called and read for. Michael will also help you see several dimensions of your type to help you make dynamic character choices. When you find your type you create a successful approach to marketing yourself as an actor. You’ll know how to present your self professionally and stand apart form the other actor auditioning for the same role.

Private Image and Headshot Consultation:
Every actor knows they should have a headshot that will get them called in. But not all have the headshots that will do just that. Many actors get very confused with what their manager or agent want from their headshot session. You need your headshot to be effective and accurate in your representation. This is the very first step in an actor’s career.
Michael will help you understand the kind of roles that your headshots should evoke.
You will:
- Gain wardrobe, hair & make-up guidance.
- Become skilled at understanding your unique essence and how to use it on the day of your photo session.
- Identify the looks that you fit and the market is looking for.
- How to prepare mentally and physically for your headshot session.
Rate: One-hour private session: $50.
Audition Coaching:
Michael’s script analysis method helps actor not only hit every mark but also come up with unanticipated choices that helps gets you booked. If you want to stay competitive in the Los Angeles Market, audition coaching has become more and more essential. Michael understands the TV and Film market and can help you get your performance camera ready for any type of audition.
Many of Michael’s clients have gone on to get recurring roles and series regulars as well as parts in films. One of the main goals of the coaching session is to help the actor analyze the script and find the hidden subtext.
Actors will increase their callbacks and bookings.
You will:
- Understand the breakdown.
- Analyze the script.
- Immediately realize the type of character written on the page.
- Utilize your unique essence to create a fully believable character.
- Find the humor in the scene.
- Set goals that your character has in the scene.
- Create a performance for the room or casting director that you are reading for.

- To secure your appointment a 50% deposit is required to book your consultation or workshop.
- The deposit is applied to your total fee.
- Your reservation will be canceled if the deposit is not received before the appointment or other arrangements are made.

- Your balance is due prior to your event.

- Checks are not accepted.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Michael is very flexible with rescheduling, but please be reasonable. If you cancel and do not reschedule you will lose your deposit.
